Lerwin is a residential home proudly owned and operated by the Rural City of Murray Bridge and has been serving the local community and surrounding areas for nearly 40 years. Lerwin is an 1800 square metre (approx), single storey, Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) that is home to 80 residents, including a 16 bed Memory Support Unit. At Lerwin, you can expect 24 hour support from team of over 100 trained and dedicated staff offering all levels of care including dementia support. We are all about providing resident choice and opportunity, providing high quality care and services in a safe, welcoming environment that meet all of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards requirements. Residents and their representatives can attend various forums including Resident Meetings and Food Focus Groups to provide input and feedback direct to staff and Hospitality Services about care and needs. We value and rely on feedback as we have as strong focus on and commitment to continuous improvement
