Harden Grange is a country-style aged care community divided into four smaller households that mirror the look and rhythm of home. Each light-filled private suite, complete with its own ensuite, opens onto a garden courtyard or veranda with sweeping views of the picturesque surrounds. At Harden Grange, residents are supported to maintain their interests, routines and connections to the people and places they love. Our kind and compassionate Carers and Nurses are on-hand 24/7 providing holistic care tailored to each resident. Our memory support household features a vintage lounge room with antique furniture and homely decorations and calming, cosy spaces to sit. With their own large private garden with shaded seating and raised garden beds, residents in this household can enjoy the outdoors whenever they choose. We offer permanent care, respite care and memory support care.
