Yass Valley Aged Care Ltd (YVAC ) is a public, not-for-profit company which provides aged care services to older people in the Yass Valley and surrounds. YVAC was founded through donations from the local community and is proud to provide a high level of care and commitment to its residents, clients and staff. YVAC's vision is 'Aged Care Excellence'. YVAC offers a range of care including high care (Horton House), low care (Warmington Lodge), day care and home care. We have an excellent team of caring staff and there is a very friendly atmosphere in our home.
