Lutheran Services - Wahroonga

Established in 1982, Wahroonga is the only aged care site in Biloela and has maintained a deep and genuine connection with the local community for nearly 40 years. Wahroonga is part of Lutheran Services, one of Queensland’s longest established aged care providers. We welcome people of all beliefs, faiths and world views. Set amongst lofty gum trees and well-maintained gardens, residents enjoy connecting with nature through gardening, pottering in the vegie patch, feeding the birds outside their rooms and spotting kangaroos in the back paddock. There are a variety of clubs for all interest groups such as the Men’s Shed and a local card club. A range of allied health services including a full-time physiotherapist onsite, allied health assistant onsite and visiting speech pathologist, podiatrist, dietician and palliative care specialist are available. Wahroonga also has two visiting doctors and a visiting hairdresser.
