Lyndoch Nursing Home

Lyndoch Living provides a range of care services, including high or complex care-need residents, with the comfort and security of 24-hour nursing care. Our home is spread over five unique residences, and we strive to modify the necessary services required for our residents as their needs change, all from the one place. Residents can enjoy this phase of their life within a caring, homely environment while pursuing their interests and activities is what we like to refer to as ‘the Lyndoch Way’. Our team of staff understand that making the transition to residential aged care can be challenging. We go to every length necessary to ensure a smooth and simple transition. Our registered and enrolled nurses, and personal care workers have completed extensive training, with ongoing education and training offered to ensure first-class care for residents.

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing assess the quality of care at all government-funded aged care homes. Based on these assessments, each home receives a Star Rating as a simple way of showing information about the quality of care they provide and how they compare to others. Specialisations with a check mark symbol are verified by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. Each verification lasts for 3 years from the date it was granted. Once it expires, providers can apply again if they want to continue to be recognised for a specific specialisation on the Find a Provider tool.
