Situated only 200m from the Central Shopping Centre, Bunnings Warehouse, and behind the Julia Gillard library you are provided an extensive range of shops, cafes, entertainment and high-quality essential services, with Werribee Mercy Hospital only a short distance away, should the need arise. Sunset Views Manor homes 120 residents over 2 floors. This innovative design has been constructed in a 15-18 resident small house design offering single rooms with ensuites, which all are equipped with air-conditioning, hydronic heating, wall mounted televisions and tranquil garden views allowing ample space for furniture and keepsakes.
