Rosewood Care West Perth

Rosewood Care Group (Inc) provides premium residential facilities and specialised care for older adults who require assistance in managing their everyday duties. We have been offering quality, aged-care services for decades, and continually strive to develop our facilities in order to keep contributing to the senior citizen community in Western Australia. Choosing the right aged-care home can be a stressful and emotional decision. At Rosewood we try our utmost to support you with understanding and consideration throughout the entire process. You can rely on us to provide you with all the information necessary for you to make an informed decision about which care facility is best suited to your loved one. Currently Rosewood provides services to all levels of care at our West Perth residence. We have professional, friendly staff including clinical nurses, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, hospitality staff and maintenance workers.
