Estia Health Southport is a modern and vibrant home, which joined our Gold Coast and Mudgeeraba aged care homes in 2019 to offer choice of care and services to the Gold Coast community. The home is close to public transport and a short walk to the shops and cafes at Chirn Park. The experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident’s care, including clinical, social and overall wellbeing, which can be accessed for short-term respite care or a longer stay. The home’s Memory Support Unit provides a safe and supportive environment for residents requiring additional support. Rooms are spacious singles with ensuite and overlook Loder’s creek or the home’s large mango tree. Among the many features is a cafe with barista-served coffee, a cinema room, library and hairdressing salon. Residents enjoy a lifestyle program that’s tailored to suit their interests and includes music and arts programs, hobby groups, bus trips and more.
