Each of the 90 spacious rooms is filled with natural light and includes a private ensuite. Larger rooms are also available for couples, allowing them to share their aged care journey together. For residents living with dementia, VMCH Ashwood offers a specialised 11-bed Memory Support Unit (MSU). This unit is designed to provide safe, supportive care tailored to the individual needs of each resident. Located just 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, VMCH Ashwood also offers an Extra Services program for residents who appreciate a little added comfort. Premium options include additional physiotherapy sessions, monthly sweet treat surprises, visits to the in-house hair salon, and more.
