Woodport Aged Care Plus Centre

Woodport Aged Care Centre is a welcoming and supportive home with a strong sense of community. We have beautiful onsite gardens and courtyards, and our own koi pond and teahouse for some extra relaxation. Our care services include 24-hour permanent residential care, memory support, palliative care and respite (short-term) care. We also offer eligible residents in-house NDIS services. We are close to Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Gosford City, Terrigal Beach and local services, and access to public transport is right outside our Centre. Our Centre is managed by a dedicated team of professionals who go beyond the clinical to make certain that our residents feel comfortable, safe and at home with us. We recognise the importance of family and friends and encourage them to be an active part of our community. Our other services include fully-furnished rooms, freshly cooked meals prepared on site, exercise & wellbeing programs, visiting health specialists and pastoral & chaplaincy services.
