The homes are designed to create a sense of belonging, support participation in everyday activities, and encourage independence. Care team members receive specialised training and use a relational approach to provide 24/7, registered nurse-led care. They learn about each person's history, passions, values, and hobbies to help them maintain a fulfilling life. Additional personalised services are provided to enhance comfort and quality of life.
