Aegis Parkview

Aegis Parkview is a stylish purpose built aged care residence located on Drummond Street in Redcliffe. James Drummond was a botanist and an early settler in Western Australia and the four wings of Aegis Parkview are called Nardoo, Wattle, Sheoak and Erica, after Australian native plants. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens, the accommodation comprises of four wings, including one specifically for dementia care. All rooms have a large ensuite bathroom and are fully air conditioned. Each wing has its own lounge, dining area and an adjoining shaded courtyard. Adjacent to the main lounge and café, there is a popular movie theatre that is enjoyed by the residents. The café has a coffee machine and snacks available along with a fridge containing soft drinks and food such as freshly made sandwiches, all of which are available for purchase. For family members who wish to stay overnight with a resident in times of illness, there is a private family room to accommodate them.
