Wanneroo Community Nursing Home is an Elderbloom Community Care facility which is a community based not-for-profit organisation providing care and specialised support for Seniors. Carer's, nursing and allied health staff work with families and residents to ensure each person receives optimum care. Nursing care, comfort and personalised support are the cornerstones for our nursing home, overseen by a qualified Director of Nursing. A pleasant homely décor and landscaped garden setting creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff and visitors.
