Juniper Annesley located on the Juniper Rowethorpe site in Bentley, has 104 beds across 3 wings comprising of 84 single rooms each with an ensuite and 10 2-bed companion rooms with their own ensuite. Two wings provide general care with one wing providing secure dementia care. Each wing has easy access to the on-site modern café, spacious resident communal lounges, dining areas along with beautiful gardens and outdoor areas. Utilising Juniper’s Model of Care (as per attachment) Juniper Annesley incorporates an integrated approach to person-centred personal, clinical, allied health care and lifestyle services for our residents. As one of WA’s leading aged care providers Juniper has been supporting older people for more than 65 years.
