The Centre's tailored programs are designed to uphold residents' wellbeing and empower them to live a healthy life. You can trust that the care at James Barker House is delivered with compassion, dignity and respect. All rooms are spacious single rooms with private ensuites and plenty of natural light. There are a range of amenities including library, recreational area, leafy gardens & courtyards for relaxing outside and vegetable gardens. Lifestyle activities are on each day, based on the interests and preferences of residents. Meals are freshly prepared at the Centre each day by an experienced catering team. A dedicated Salvation Army Chaplain is also on site to provide pastoral care, if desired.
