RSL LifeCare Lara Aged Care is an residential care home in Dungog and provides luxury accommodation for a small community of just 64 residents seeking residential care at all levels in a safe and supporting environment. A Registered Nurse is on duty 24 hours per day as well as trained care staff providing best practice care. Located in Dungog at the foot of the beautiful Barrington Tops, Lara Aged Care boasts magnificent views from most rooms in the facility. Our lifestyle activities include gentle exercise, art therapy, music, craft, movies and more as well as church services and a regular ‘happy hour’. A village bus is also available for social outings to the local shops and places of interest. Fresh and nutritious meals are cooked onsite and we have a commercial laundry as well as facilities for residents who wish to launder their own clothing.
