Each apartment has a distinct care profile to cater for diverse needs including low to high care, complex health needs, and female-only accommodation. Care team members receive specialised training and use a relational approach to provide 24/7, registered nurse-led care. They learn about each person's history, passions, values, and hobbies to help them maintain a fulfilling life. Additional personalised services are provided to enhance comfort and quality of life.
