Welcome to Regis Como. Situated a pleasant stroll from the Collier Park Golf Course to the east, the Swan River to the west, and Perth CBD ten minutes drive to the north, Regis Como residents can appreciate the essence of the city in quiet surrounds. In addition, residents and families can take a beautiful stroll around Neil McDougal Park and visit the lake and McDougal Farm Community Garden – a favourite spot amongst many of our residents. For convenience, we have a doctor’s surgery and denture clinic just next door. Our warm and inviting residence is also home to our cat Mia and visiting dog Archer, who both love to interact with everyone living in the home. Outside, our lush garden courtyard has meandering sheltered walkways, fruit trees, a veggie patch and worm farm where you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Regis Como offers 34 single rooms with en suites, 17 twin shared rooms with en suites and home-style furnishings and finishes.
