Hailey House is a 60¿bed facility located at 703 Norman Street, Ballarat North. Hailey House is a modern light filled facility on beautifully maintained grounds. The facility boasts a wide sun filled glass entrance and attractive wide corridors to welcome residents and guests alike. It is close to shops with public transport at the front entrance. The facility consists of three houses; each containing 20 good sized single rooms with private ensuites, built¿in wardrobes, a beautiful bay window and a delightful garden view. Residents are encouraged to personalise their space with soft furnishings, photographs, mementos and small furniture items. All rooms have access to telephone lines and television antenna. Each house boasts a spacious lounge with flat screen television and DVD player, kitchen and restaurant style dining area and a lovely sunroom that can be used for family meals. Residents and families are able to access the gardens
