Mandurah Community Aged Care was opened in 2025 and is one of the most technologically advanced aged care homes in the country. This home has been constructed on a large area of land to take advantage of space for external courtyards, walking tracks, beautifully landscaped garden areas and a single level for the 144 residents to call home. It has all the important amenities to make life at Mandurah Community Aged Care both inclusive and enjoyable. The home features a Cafe, private dining room, two Cinemas, GP & Physio studio, piano lounge and billiard room. There are also several lounge and dining areas for convenience and relaxation.
