Summerset has been operating residential aged care in New Zealand since 1997 and is recognised for high quality service. We’re proud to bring our model of care to Australia with our first residential aged care home at Summerset Cranbourne North. The Summerset Cranbourne North village includes a purpose built 72 bed aged care home providing personalised care in a warm and homely environment. Our small household model features four households of 18 care suites, each with its own ensuite, helping residents feel comfortable and at home. Located on the corner of Narre Warren and Thompsons Roads, and close to a nature reserve, our care home sits within a community offering independent living, supported living, residential aged care, and respite care. Residents can enjoy shared spaces in the village centre, including the cafe, library, lounge and bar, gardens, hair salon, and activities that support social connection, wellbeing, and everyday enjoyment.
