Our small, quiet home ensures every resident feels happy, safe and at home. Just two doors down from our Freshwater Bay Aged Care Home on Palmerston Street, in the beautiful suburb of Mosman Park, you’ll find a comfortable home with a warm, welcoming atmosphere in Mosman Park - and it’s a place our residents are proud to call home. We come together to celebrate birthdays, have barbecues and enjoy a weekly cooked breakfast. Our location between the river and coast offers plenty of options for outings, with parks, cafés and boutique shopping all just a short drive away. In recognition of our very high standards of care and services, Mosman Park has been fully accredited by the Australian Government, meeting all 42 of the expected outcomes. The multi-disciplinary team at Mosman won a Better Practice Award in 2014 for resident lifestyle, and in 2017 for reducing risperidone use in dementia.
