What is the service list?
The service list shows the types of aged care services and supports that may be available to participants. The services an older person can access are based on their support plan and available funding.

We want to hear from you
Your feedback will help the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing understand how well the service list is working in practice. It will also help identify if the services listed are up-to-date and meet the needs of older people.
This is the first of several opportunities to share your views on in-home aged care services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home, and help shape how the two programs work together.
The survey:
- takes about 15 minutes to complete
- includes multiple‑choice and open‑text questions
- is anonymous
- closes on 16 November 2026.
