The My Aged Care Online Account has an updated feature making it easier to keep track of your aged care information in one secure place.
The progress tracker:
- makes it easier to see what stage you’re up to – from having an assessment through to accessing services
- shows current stage and next steps information.
You can also see a summary of assessment outcomes and approved services and check your Support at Home progress and status.
What you can do in your Online Account
- find your Aged Care ID number
- update your personal details
- choose to receive important updates by SMS or email
- check your progress and next steps
- view your aged care services and access referral codes
- manage registered supporter arrangements.

Log in to your My Aged Care Online Account through myGov to view your aged care information and check your progress.
