Dementia Australia QLD
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Dementia Australia offers personalised one-on-one social support, Monday to Friday during business hours. Our individual support services are designed to help people living with dementia stay engaged, connected, and confident in their daily lives. Support can be provided at home or out in the community, based on each person’s preferences and interests. With highly trained staff, we tailor activities to the individual—whether that’s enjoying a coffee outing, attending appointments, visiting local parks or galleries, engaging in hobbies, or simply having meaningful conversation and companionship. Guided by the Eden Alternative Philosophy, we focus on promoting purpose, independence, and wellbeing, while supporting continued connection to the local Gold Coast community.
