Nursing care involves a range of activities such as • Comprehensive nursing assessment and Holistic Client Care, goal setting and Care planning, Wound management, Stomal therapy, Medication management, Diabetes management, Continence care. Regional Continence advisory service and Regional Dementia Service also available via referral, operating Monday to Friday 9- 5pm excluding public holidays.
