This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.

Personal Care refers to assistance with daily self-care tasks in order to help a consumer to maintain appropriate standards of hygiene and grooming. Activities include: • assistance with (or support) bathing, showering or sponging, • assistance with dressing and undressing, • assistance with shaving, hair care and grooming, • assistance with toilets, exercise or therapy programs, • assistance with stockings, • assistance with medication, • maintaining skin integrity. As you get older, you may need some assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing and eating. We can also help with your medication monitoring, getting you in and out of bed and moving about the house. Personal care is normally provided in the home at a time to suit you. integratedliving will help you maintain your standards of hygiene and grooming by helping to build your confidence in using equipment or aids, such as a bath seat or handheld shower hose.
