Bedside table and drawers, Full size Wardrobe c/w storage compartment. Light fittings. A telephone connection point. An Antenna connection point for a television set. Electric hi/low bed c/w mattress, sheets, pillow and pillow slips, blanket and bed cover.

This room has plantation shutters on the northwest facing windows and a combination of block out and privacy blinds on the northeast windows. This room has a wardrobe and cupboard space which is larger than in other rooms. There are two armchairs and a lamp table, along with an inbuilt desk and chair. There is a high low electric bed which can be either a single or converted to a king single at the resident’s choice. There is a matching bedside table and overbed table. There is a lamp to match the furnishings. The bathroom has an inbuilt shaving cabinet with a mirrored door. The room has a picture rail for ease of hanging artwork of the resident’s choice. There is an extensive display shelving unit within the room. There is both air-conditioning and hydronic heating. A wall mounted smart TV is in the room. A smaller open display unit is above the desk in this room.

The foyer of the suite is spacious and contains a lamp table with an ornament and is spacious enough for the resident to sit in should they choose. The sitting room for the suite has plantation shutters on the northeast facing windows and a combination of block out and privacy blinds on the adjoining corner window. there is a window seat under the window with the plantation shutters. There is a matching 2-seater couch and armchair along with a coffee table and lamp in this room, along with a small dining table and three chairs. An electric fireplace, air conditioner and ceiling fan cover all heating and cooling options. A 55" TV is wall mounted over the joinery unit with cupboards and drawers. A small fridge is supplied under bench. There is a sink and benchtop which a resident could use as a study area or small kitchenette area. The bedroom has a wardrobe and cupboard space as well as bedside and over bed tables. There is also an armchair and a sitting chair. There is a high low electric bed which can be either a single or converted to a king single at the residents choice. There is both air conditioning and hydronic heating, in the bedroom. The bathroom has an inbuilt shaving cabinet with a mirrored door. there is a 32" TV mounted on the wall in the bedroom. There are privacy blinds on the window as well as the glass heritage feature bedroom entry door. The furniture is colour coordinated so can be moved from either room or set up in a manner to the residents choosing.

Service costs

Aged care homes are required to provide care and services as outlined in the Aged Care Service List within the Aged Care Rule. This includes help with everyday living tasks, as well as clinical and non-clinical care. These services are paid for or supplemented in different ways. Support for your daily living

Support for your daily living is paid by your basic daily fee and the government hotelling supplement. Depending on your financial circumstances, you may pay some or all of the hotelling supplement as a hotelling contribution. Estimate what you'll need to pay.
