The Premium Suite offers 2 separate rooms, joined by an interconnecting ensuite. Residents can choose to set up one room as the bedroom and the second room as a separate lounge area. Koraleigh has been designed specifically to feature 3 designated areas, including a dedicated Memory Support Unit. The original rooms were constructed in 1993, with additional rooms added in 2016. The bedroom, furniture and fittings are in good condition. Bedrooms look out onto landscaped/garden areas. Rooms include: • electronic high low adjustable bed • built in double wardrobe • staff call points • landline telephone connection capability • Individual inverter reverse cycle air conditioner • large ensuite with vanity unit • handrails in the ensuite • windows are fitted with flyscreens. • bedroom floor is cushioned vinyl or carpet with non-slip vinyl in the ensuite • doorways are wide for ease of mobility

R.M.McHale Hostel general section was constructed in 1990 and has been regularly maintained & refurbished. The bedrooms feature good quality furniture and fittings. Bedrooms look out onto landscaped garden areas. Rooms include: • electronic high low adjustable bed • built in double wardrobe • side table with lockable drawer • staff call points • landline telephone connection capability • Individual inverter reverse cycle air conditioner • ceiling fans • handrails in the ensuite • windows are fitted with flyscreens. • the bedroom floor is carpeted and with non-slip vinyl in the ensuite • Six of the rooms have connecting doors and when available can accommodate 3 couples

The R.M McHale Special Care Wing was purpose built in 2002 to accommodate 10 residents with special needs including dementia. It has been regularly maintained & refurbished. The bedrooms, furniture and fittings are in good condition.
