Fernlea Community Care Inc - PAKENHAM
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Based in the Yarra Ranges, Casey, Cardinia and Knox, we’re a local, not-for-profit organisation providing personalised care for those in our community.
Whether you or your loved one need care recovering from an illness, injury or post-operation, need longer-term support to stay at home longer, or need care for your loved ones when you need a break, our qualified, nurturing staff are here to give you the care you need.
With centres in Emerald and Pakenham, we’re a local, not-for-profit organisation who provides care for your loved one when you need a break.
We provide regular or one-off care for older people and people with life-limiting illnesses. We pamper our guests and provide a comfortable place to socialise, take part in activities and be treated like family.
It's a place where our guests can take time out to focus on themselves rather than any illness or limitations they may have.
And why do we call our clients 'guests'? Because we treat them like a guest in our own home.
