- Physiotherapy: for recent injuries, illness, new diagnose, and hands on treatment

- Exercise Well: general strength and balance
- Steady Standers: falls and balance
- GLAD: osteoarthritis group

We also offer hydrotherapy located at Reservoir Leisure Centre
*an exercise physiology assessment is required before attending

- Occupational Therapy: home safety assessment and equipment prescription
