This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our home delivered meals are cooked fresh by Grants Meals and residents are provided with a nutritionally balance main meal which includes vegetables. Grants Meals offers 50 main meals choices which range from traditional meals to vegetarian dishes and include meat and poultry options, seafood, salads, pasta and more. All meals are prepared using the freshest ingredients and the most up to date food safety processes. Options are also available for those with specific dietary requirements, including diabetic and texture modified meals. Our delivery service delivers to residents’ homes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fresh meals must be consumed within 3-4 days upon receipt of delivery however, all meals can be frozen. The Community Meals team can also assist residents through the provision of food security related supports such as assistance with meal heating, food storage and monitoring client health and wellbeing
