Our offerings include malnutrition screening and treatment, guidance on meal delivery services and tailored menus, shopping tours, tips for cooking with confidence and cooking for one. We support clients in managing health conditions with personalised nutrition education that includes carer education. where appropriate, to enhance caregiving at home. Our team assists with weight concerns, affordable nutrition supplements where needed, individualised supplement regimes, and menu planning to support balanced, enjoyable meals. Our aged care team are also experienced supporting clients and their families with dementia. Our compassionate dietitians work collaboratively to foster independence, resilience, and healthful aging.
