West Wimmera Health Service offers an extensive range of community nursing, preventative health and health promotion activities, social programs including respite, allied health and rehabilitation services for people 65 years and older. Our focus is on supporting older people to maintain independence health and wellbeing at every age and stage of their lives; to feel valued members of their community and to have easy access to the services they need to live the life they want. Flexible and responsive our skilled and qualified staff work with clients and their families to help them identify and achieve their personal goals, through the provision of individual and group therapy services. All services aim to assist clients to maintain or recover a level of independence which will enable them to remain living in the community, with or without support.
