This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Through our Phone Shopping Service, you can simply call your shopping list through to a Sydney Community Services volunteer on Friday morning. The volunteer will arrange your order, and your groceries will be delivered directly to your home by Woolworths. All grocery, delivery, and supermarket fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
In addition to making shopping easier, this service is a wonderful way to stay connected with a friendly volunteer and remain engaged with Sydney Community Services—an organisation that can provide a wide range of supports to help you continue living independently at home.
