Multicultural Social Support Program (Brimbank) - Macedonian Community Welfare Association
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our social support groups offer recreational and social activities for older people from diverse backgrounds as part of the Commonwealth Home Support Program. The focus of the social support groups is to aid in preventing social isolation.Our program also offers outings and there is capacity for limited transport to and from the group. Morning teas and lunches are provided. There are currently two multicultural social support groups provided in the Brimbank LGA, who meet an an alternating fortnightly basis. Please note the Macedonian and Maltese group is Dementia specific.
