Our Home Maintenance service includes: - Hard Rubbish – assist to place hard rubbish on nature strip ready for hard rubbish pick up - Change tap washers to leaking taps (inside and outside taps) - Installing hand held showers - Fly screen repair - Installing draft stoppers door closers, anti-slip tape - Smoke detector battery replacement / Light Globe replacement - Fixing doors or windows that are stuck and more Referral Comments: Please list the task required when referring to us. Cost is from $13.20 per hour plus materials. Gutter cleaning is available – Single Story home $42.00 or Double Story home $61.80 Some jobs may require a pre-inspection, with a 30-minute minimum. Services are available Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm
