This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Camden Community Centre Day Activity Program provides social opportunities for eligible CHSP clients. The program delivers social support through centre based care to clients residing in the local government areas of the City of West Torrens, Holdfast Bay, Marion and Charles Sturt council areas. Camden Community Centre also offers monthly day trips on our Travel Club program. Programs include a wide range of activities such as; outings, day themes, guest speakers and entertainers with a focus on wellness, re-ablement and restorative care. A two course nutritional meal and transport to and from the Centre is also offered (separate referrals for these services are required). The principal objective is to enhance the lives of clients through inclusive, meaningful socialisation activities in a safe, warm and caring environment.
