JCS Home & Community Support Services
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
JCS can provide private and self funded assistance to individuals to help remain independent in their own home by helping with meal planning & food preparation. We also provide meals as part of most of our social support activities and groups. We can assist with basic meal preparation and planning to help you remain independent in your home by working with you to undertake tasks you are unable to do yourself. These are tasks that are necessary to maintain healthy eating and good nutrition, particularly during periods of sickness or during recovery following surgery. All services provided by JCS are reflective of the diverse needs of individuals and specifically have a focus on an “Active Choices Active People” model of service.
