Sydney Local Health District offers Speech Pathology to people aged 65 years and over, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 50 years and over, for whom the home setting has been identified as the most appropriate place for therapy. The person will have a long term physical/cognitive impairment that is impacting on their daily functioning. If the person is able to travel there are alternative services that may be more suitable.
