Rooms and costs

Single room with en suite. Comes fully furnished with a large smart plasma screen, a fridge, comfy chair, fitted cupboards, bedside table, a safe, fitted lamp and built in wardrobe. Rooms are fitted with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, overlook the central courtyard.

On the upper levels five to eight, Choice suites feature: — Spacious bedroom and en suite adjoining a light-filled lounge, with well-appointed kitchenette including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, crockery, and cutlery; — Private balcony with outdoor furniture and sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay, Eastern suburbs, parklands, or the city skyline; — Exemplary lounge/dining with two seater sofa, armchair, smart TV, and dining table and chairs; — Well-appointed en suite with combined washer/dryer and laundry sink; — Bedroom with king single bed, smart TV, and built-in robes; and — Artwork by renowned artist Victor Majzner.

Located on the second and fourth floor of the eight-storey building, our classic rooms are spacious and allow natural light with beautiful Courtyard views. Level 2 has a wraparound shared balcony which is also accessible privately from a Resident's room. There is a glass cabinet "memory box" outside each room to allow Residents to decorate and share personal artefacts about their lives. All medication is securely stored in each Resident's room.
