This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Personal care provides assistance with activities of daily living self-care tasks in order to help a client maintain appropriate standards of hygiene and grooming, including but not limited to showering, sponging, dressing, toileting and grooming. We are flexible and can provide 45 minute or 1 hour visits up to 3 times a week. Depending on client preferences. “Service provided within the City of Monash Local government area only.”
