This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Meals on Wheels at Monash Council currently uses Lite n’ Easy as it’s meals provider. A meal consists of 3 courses, a soup a main and a dessert. Meals can be delivered on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Meals on Wheels is also an informal health monitoring service, where a volunteer will knock on the door to deliver the meal and check in on the client’s wellbeing. Currently Monash doesn’t have capacity to assist clients already receiving a home care package. “Service provided within the City of Monash Local government area only.”
