This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Meals on Wheels delivers healthy meals to clients home daily to ensure their nutritional requirements are being met in the Coffs region. We deliver hot or frozen meals, sweets, soup, fruit & juice. We deliver meals daily so you can receive regular social contact and a friendly check to see all is well or one day of the week leaving you independent to go out. We have a choice of 3 suppliers giving us great variety, 5 meal choices a day, you or family can also pick up from our office at 22 Earl Street, Coffs Harbour when meals are required. Meals are delivered Monday to Friday leaving our office at 11am. My Age Care is required, Home Care Package we also provide meals to people who don't fit that "Target Group" you just pay a retail price for the meals
