Our Private Premium rooms are larger than standard rooms and range from 24.6 sqm to 25.63 sqm and cater for single occupants in a luxury setting. Rooms have views across the landscaped gardens and Songbird village or towards nature reserve and bushland. Rooms offer kitchettes, large 50” screen smart TV and bidets and additional furniture inclusions in these rooms include recliner, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair and overbed table.

The Suite is larger than standard rooms at 41sqm and caters for a single occupant in a luxury setting. The Suite has a kitchenette; large 50” screen smart TV and bidets and additional furniture inclusions in this room includes recliner, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair and overbed table.

This Private Deluxe suite is larger than standard rooms at 41.81 sqm and caters for a single occupant in a luxury setting. The balcony suite has a kitchenette; large 50” screen smart TV; and bidet. Additional furniture inclusions in this Balcony Suite includes include recliner, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair and overbed table, with views of Songbird Village Residential Homes; and Nature Reserve and Bushland.

The Apartment on Level 5 which is larger than standard rooms at 61.2 sqm and can cater for a single occupant or a couple in a luxury setting. The Apartment has a separate bedroom space and lounge room, together with larger kitchenette. The Apartment has a scenic elevated views towards the Nature Reserve and Bushland; and Songbird Village Green. The Kingfisher Apartment has 2 x smart TVs, larger kitchenette and bidet and additional furniture inclusion in this suite includes 2 electric recliners, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair, overbed table, coffee table and entertaining lounge/tub chairs x 2. To accommodate couples, additional bedroom furniture is available in the second bedroom, or the second bedroom can be utilized for an additional leisure room as requested by the resident/s.

The Premium Suites are located on Level 2, 3 and 4 and are larger than standard rooms at 41.99 - 58 sqm. Premium Suites can cater for a single occupant or a couple in a luxury setting, with a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. Rooms have smart TVs; Private ensuite with Japanese style bidet. Additional furniture inclusion in the suite includes recliner, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair, overbed table, coffee table and entertaining lounge.

These Suite are larger than standard rooms at 32-34sqm and cater for a single occupant in a luxury setting. The Suites have a kitchenette; large 50” screen smart TV and bidets and additional furniture inclusions in this room includes recliner, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair and overbed table.

The Superior suites are larger than standard rooms at 28.88sqm and cater for single occupants in a luxury setting. These balcony rooms, have a kitchenette, large 50” screen smart TV and bidets and additional furniture inclusions in these rooms include recliner, adjustable king single bed, bedside table, coffee table, writing/tub chair and overbed table. Rooms have views of the landscaped gardens and Songbird village or towards nature reserve and bushland.
