This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Nillumbik Shire Council provides two types of community transport. A community bus which transports clients to shopping prescient's, social support groups and local venues to assist people with staying connected to their community. One on one transport is the other service provided - this is an individual service where a client is picked up from their home and taken to the location of their choice to provide them with access to the community. Both of these services are provided by volunteer drivers and are dependent on availability of drivers. Transport services are provided from Monday to Friday during business hours.
