How about board games, scrabble, rummicubs, indoor bowls, bocce, conversation groups, memory games & quizzes, relaxation exercises, cards, bingo or listening to a guest speaker? Well, Care and Share at Trinity may be just what you are looking for. Care & Share at Trinity is a social activity group for people just like you. It can be awkward meeting new people, but not at Care and Share. Our staff ensures that everyone is welcomed and have the opportunity to join in the conversation and fun activities in a relaxed informal club style atmosphere. We aim to improve the general health/ wellbeing of all participants and be a place to meet and make new friends. A home-style 2 course lunch is available (referral required) Operational hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm Please see our website for further details.
