Baptcare's Allied Heath Team's aim is to maintain your independence managing acute injury and chronic conditions. We have a holistic approach to health and well-being, focused to achieve your goals with you, to improve your independence so you can stay safely in the home.
Our experienced Physiotherapists through individual exercise and exercise groups including Balance, Neurological and Parkinsons Group. Advice on equipment and home modifications can be provided by our Occupational Therapy Team to support your independence at home. We also provide advice and support for access to Statewide Funding Program (SWEP) for equipment and modifications.
