Southern Cross Care WA: Tony Quinlan Respite Centre
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
If you have found yourself saying no to social events, not getting enough exercise or losing touch with your sense of wellbeing because you are a carer, then you will benefit from accessing our respite services. We have two Perth Metropolitan respite centres which provide day and overnight respite in a warm and welcoming home like environment, with meaningful activities and dementia specific programs. These services can be subsidized by the Commonwealth Home Support Program. We also welcome privately paying individuals and those on Home Care Packages. Our dementia team will provide support and guidance to carers and the person living with dementia to ensure you both can enjoy an improved quality of life.
