The rooms in Roughana and Hawkins Court were constructed between 2008 and 2011, the 2 rooms in Moore Court were completed in 2014. The rooms have quality finishes and are refurbished when vacant. All rooms have built in wardrobes. Furnishings are provided that meet the individual needs of the resident however residents are encouraged to personalise the rooms with furniture and soft furnishings. Every room has individually controlled reverse cycle airconditioning, landline telephone connection, nurse call points and is Wi-Fi enabled. The Hawkins Court and Moore Court rooms have an overhead hoist system. The rooms look out onto attractive gardens, streetscapes and landscaped courtyards. The rooms are located in close proximity to communal areas including the lounge room, dining room, sitting areas, courtyard and gardens.

This section of the Boandik Lake Terrace (Kessal) was constructed in 1995. The rooms have quality finishes and are refurbished when vacant. Furnishings are provided that meet the individual needs of the resident however residents are encouraged to personalise the rooms with furniture and soft furnishings. There are built in wardrobes in each room. Every room has individually controlled in room heating, landline telephone connection, nurse call points and is Wi-Fi enabled. The rooms look out onto attractive gardens, streetscapes and landscaped courtyards. The rooms are located in close proximity to communal areas including the lounge room, dining room, gardens and bathroom. The shared bathrooms are located throughout the unit with a maximum of 3 residents sharing a bathroom.

Service costs

Aged care homes are required to provide care and services as outlined in the Aged Care Service List within the Aged Care Rule. This includes help with everyday living tasks, as well as clinical and non-clinical care. These services are paid for or supplemented in different ways. Support for your daily living

Support for your daily living is paid by your basic daily fee and the government hotelling supplement. Depending on your financial circumstances, you may pay some or all of the hotelling supplement as a hotelling contribution. Estimate what you'll need to pay.
